Registro de preços consignado em Ata pelo prazo de 12 (doze) meses para a futura e eventual contratação de empresa especializada na prestação de serviços laboratoriais odontológicos para confecção de próteses dentárias e dispositivos ortodônticos, abrangendo técnicas convencionais e digitais, incluindo ortodontia e ortodontia digital; próteses fixas confeccionadas por sistemas digitais, em materiais como e.max e zircônia; próteses parciais removíveis (PPR) com grampos, em fluxo convencional e digital; próteses totais, convencionais e digitais; placas miorrelaxantes; bem como serviços relacionados à implantodontia, destinados ao atendimento das demandas das Unidades Odontológicas dos Centros de Especialidades Odontológicas – CEO Regional de Caucaia e CEO Regional de São Gonçalo do Amarante, vinculados ao Consórcio Público de Saúde Interfederativo do Vale do Curu – CISVALE.
